Your Rights as a Customer
klen.co devices come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. All rights provided under your klen.co warranty are in addition to any rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

What Does the klen.co Warranty Cover?
All new klen.co devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
The klen.co warranty covers the repair or replacement of your device (at klen.co’s discretion) if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship, or function within the warranty period.
If a part is no longer available or in production, klen.co will replace it with a suitable functional alternative.
Terms and Conditions of the klen.co Warranty
The warranty becomes effective from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase must be provided in order to make a warranty claim.
All service and repairs will be carried out by klen.co or authorised service agents.
Any parts replaced by klen.co or its authorised agents will become the property of klen.co.
The warranty applies only within Australia.
Additional terms and conditions may apply as outlined in the klen.co Service & Maintenance Agreement.
What Is Not Covered by the klen.co Warranty?
Certain exclusions apply, including but not limited to:
Damage resulting from failure to perform recommended maintenance.
Accidental damage, faults caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or use not in accordance with the provided instructions or guidelines.
Use of the device for purposes other than its intended use.
Normal wear and tear parts such as brushes and consumables.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your device and believe it may be covered under warranty, please contact the klen.co Support Team.
Your device may need to be assessed by one of our technicians to determine the nature of the fault and the appropriate remedy under the klen.co warranty or Australian Consumer Law.
If necessary, we will assist in arranging the return of the device for inspection and service.
